Vendor questions.

When are vendor applications open?+

Applications open quarterly. We post on Instagram and email subscribers first.

How do you select vendors?+

We curate for craft, originality, and a healthy mix across categories. We're not first-come-first-served.

When do I find out if I'm in?+

Within 5–7 business days of submitting your application.

What does the booth fee include?+

Your space, marketing in our channels, and a friendly team to help you load in and out.

Do you provide tents or tables?+

We can rent you a 10×10 tent ($45) or 6ft table ($15). Check the box on your application.

Do I need a Florida sales tax license?+

Yes. We require a valid FL sales tax certificate of all vendors selling tangible goods.

Do I need insurance?+

We require a Certificate of Insurance ($1M general liability) listing The Gathering 904 as additional insured.

What's your weather policy?+

Our markets are rain or shine. We only cancel for severe weather, with refund or transfer to the next event.

Can I share a booth?+

Yes , up to 2 vendors per booth, both must be approved. Add a note on your application.

I didn't get in. Can I reapply?+

Always. Categories rotate and there's always next time. We'd love to see updated work.
